Business Development Managers- Redevelopment Projects (Real Estate) Location: Andheri (W), Mumbai Candidate should have 8+ years of experience and good contacts of PMC. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Tender Specialist and Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for filling up tenders for the redevelopment of societies, creating financial viability charts, studying proposals, and providing expert advice on the same. Additionally, this individual will play a key role in business development activities, identifying new opportunities and driving growth for the organization. Key responsibilities include: Filling up tenders for the redevelopment of societies as per PMC guidelines in a timely and accurate manner Creating financial viability charts to assess the feasibility of proposed projects Studying proposals and providing valuable insights and recommendations Advising on best practices and strategies for successful project implementation Identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve · Conduct site surveys, purchase tenders, summarize key details. · Go through the property documents · Co-ordinate with Design Architecture team to create plans for the proposed projects as discussed with the Management. · Create work orders and Purchase orders for ongoing projects. · Drafting of official letters to be submitted to the authority with co- ordination with seniors. · Assist the accounts team and execution team in official payments to be made for smooth functioning of the on-going projects. · Stay updated on DCPR 2034 and Mumbai City's development plan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tendering, financial analysis, and business development.
