Tele marketing - Malayalam voice process

You will be joining our team as a Customer Service Executive for the Malayalam Voice Process in Coimbatore. Your primary role will involve delivering exceptional customer service to clients" customers in Kerala via inbound and outbound calls. Your responsibilities will include handling customer calls in Malayalam, addressing queries and issues promptly and professionally, providing product information and assistance, meeting monthly performance targets, and documenting customer interactions and feedback. To excel in this role, you should be fluent in both Malayalam and English, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, have a knack for problem-solving, adapt well to a fast-paced setting, and ideally have 0-3 years of experience in voice processes. Freshers with excellent communication abilities are also encouraged to apply. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance and provident fund.
