As an intern at PolicyX.com, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve researching and identifying potential leads using various online platforms, directories, and databases. You will be required to make a high volume of outbound calls on a daily basis to connect with potential customers and decision-makers. Understanding the needs of prospects and assessing their compatibility with the company's products or services will be crucial. In addition, you will need to update and maintain lead information, call outcomes, and follow-ups in CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce. Effectively communicating the benefits and value of the company's products/services to generate interest is key. You will also be responsible for scheduling demos or meetings for senior sales representatives or managers with qualified leads. Timely follow-ups with prospects who have shown interest or requested more information will be part of your routine. Sharing market feedback and call insights with the marketing and sales teams for campaign optimization is essential. Tracking and reporting on daily calling activity, lead conversions, and campaign success rates will be part of your responsibilities. Staying updated with product knowledge, competitor offerings, and industry trends to refine messaging is necessary to excel in this role.
