Role Overview We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for handling travel inquiries, converting leads into bookings, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the pre-trip process. This role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and a strong interest in the travel industry. Key Responsibilities Handle travel inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and email Understand client preferences and recommend suitable packages Create and present customized and group travel itineraries Follow up with leads and close bookings to meet monthly targets Maintain strong client relationships and provide post-sales support Coordinate with suppliers, operations, and internal teams Maintain sales records and booking trackers Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and competitor pricing Qualifications & Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to achieve sales targets Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations Customer-first mindset with excellent service skills Ability to multitask and work both independently and within a team Familiarity with booking platforms, Excel, and CRM tools Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business, or related field (preferred) Prior experience in the travel industry is an added advantage Why Join Travelyara?
