Job Title: Sales Executive Location: Delhi (On-site) Company: Travelyara Holidays Pvt. Ltd. Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 (starting range) Job Type: Full-time About Travelyara: Travelyara Holidays is a Delhi-based travel company specializing in customized domestic and international holiday packages. Our expertise lies in organizing group departures and tailor-made private tours across destinations like Spiti Valley, Bali, Thailand, Dubai, and more. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming travel inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email. Understand customer travel preferences and suggest suitable domestic or international tour packages. Create customized itineraries based on client requirements. Convert leads into confirmed bookings through persuasive communication and follow-ups. Coordinate with operations and vendors to confirm availability, rates, and inclusions. Maintain a daily report of leads, conversions, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel. Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Provide pre- and post-sales support to ensure a smooth travel experience for clients. Upsell optional activities, travel insurance, or add-on packages. Requirements: Minimum 6 months – 2 years experience in travel sales or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi). Basic knowledge of popular travel destinations and itinerary building. Proven ability to convert leads into bookings. Comfortable with telecalling and using CRM or Excel sheets. Ability to work under pressure and in a target-driven environment. Preferred Skills: Prior experience in a travel agency or DMC. Knowledge of destinations like Spiti, Leh, Thailand, Vietnam, Bali, etc. Hands-on experience in using Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, and email tools. Perks: Incentives on conversions.
