Travel Executive

As a Travel Sales Executive at Bayard Vacations, your role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements. You will provide expert travel advice, tailor travel solutions, and manage the entire booking process with accuracy and timely confirmations. Staying updated on travel industry trends and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to support promotional campaigns are key responsibilities. Additionally, you will handle customer queries, resolve complaints professionally, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintaining detailed records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM and travel booking systems is essential. You will also participate in travel exhibitions, sales tours, and networking events to generate leads and promote Bayard Vacations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients - Provide expert travel advice and tailor travel solutions - Manage the entire booking process with accuracy - Stay updated on travel industry trends - Collaborate with marketing and operations teams - Handle customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain detailed records using CRM and travel booking systems - Participate in travel exhibitions and networking events Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred - Prior experience in travel sales or related customer-facing roles desirable - Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills - Proficiency in travel booking software and CRM systems - Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach - Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets consistently - Passion for travel and knowledge of popular travel destinations and trends - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Please note that the job types available are Full-time and Fresher.
