Travel Executive

You will be given preference if you belong to South India and possess good knowledge of destinations like Rameswaram, Madurai, Kanniyakumari, etc. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their travel preferences, and providing expert travel advice tailored to their needs. You will manage the entire booking process with accuracy and timely confirmations while staying updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments. Collaboration with marketing and operations teams will be essential to support promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives. Handling customer queries, resolving complaints professionally, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction will be part of your daily tasks. You will maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and bookings using CRM and travel booking systems. Additionally, participation in travel exhibitions, sales tours, and networking events to generate leads and promote Bayard Vacations will be required. Ideally, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field. Prior experience in travel sales, tour operations, or customer-facing roles is highly desirable. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in travel booking software and CRM systems. Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach, the ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets consistently, and a passion for travel and knowledge of popular travel destinations and trends are also important. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is required. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers with a day shift schedule. A performance bonus may be provided based on your performance.
