Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Travel Sales Executive to promote and sell domestic and international travel packages. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a passion for travel, and the ability to convert leads into bookings while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Handle travel inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, emails, walk-ins) Sell domestic & international holiday packages Customize itineraries based on customer preferences and budget Explain visa processes, flight options, hotel details, and inclusions clearly Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed bookings Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors for best rates Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction Required Skills & Qualifications Min. 12th 1–3 years of experience in travel sales (freshers with good communication can apply) Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing skills Good verbal & written communication Ability to work in a target-driven environment Comfortable with MS Office, CRM tools, and online booking portals Work Details Location: Office-based Shift: Day shift Working Days: 6 days a week Salary: Fixed + Attractive Incentives (Performance-based) Why Join Us?
