Inside Sales / Business Development

As an Inside Sales / Business Development professional, you will be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails. Your main focus will be on understanding customer needs and requirements in order to suggest the best solutions available. Your role will also involve closing new business deals by qualifying opportunities and securing online demonstrations/meetings with key decision makers. In this role, you will need to attend sales meetings, collaborate closely with the team, and stay updated with all product information, pricing details, and contract terms. It will be essential for you to stay informed about competing products, new technologies, and service offerings to better position the company in the market. The ideal candidate for this position should have 0-5 years of experience in Inside Sales or Business Development. A graduation degree in any field is required for this role. The work timings are during the day shift from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Saturday.
