Inside Sales / Business Development

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving growth by discovering new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and executing strategies to boost revenue and market presence. You will be responsible for conducting market research to identify potential markets, trends, and competitors. Developing and implementing strategic business plans aligned with our company's objectives will be a key aspect of your role. Your primary tasks will include generating leads through networking, cold outreach, and other lead generation activities. You will also be involved in managing the sales process by setting territories, quotas, and goals, as well as providing training for sales representatives. Building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and investors to support long-term business growth will be essential. Preparing persuasive proposals, presentations, and sales collateral to effectively communicate our company's value proposition and capabilities will be part of your responsibilities. You will also be responsible for negotiating contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for the company. Monitoring sales and market data to identify areas for improvement and collaborating with other departments to achieve business development goals will be critical for success in this role. This position requires working in US shifts (06:00 PM - 03:30 AM) at our Noida location.
