Job Description

Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive / Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, developing strategic plans, generating leads, managing the sales process, nurturing client relationships, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and collaborating with other departments. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential new markets, emerging trends, and competitive landscapes. - Develop and implement strategic business development plans and initiatives aligned with the company's goals and objectives. - Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders through networking, cold outreach, and lead generation activities. - Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals, and establish training programs for sales representatives. - Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors, to foster long-term business growth. - Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and sales collateral to effectively communicate the value proposition and capabilities of the company. - Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company. - Monitor and analyze sales and market data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly. - Work closely with other departments within the company to develop and implement strategies to achieve business development goals. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.,
