About The Role:

Manager

Key Responsibilities:


  • Monitor daily bookings, cancellations & pick-up trends
  • Track hotel-level performance vs targets.
  • Coordinate with OTA account managers and internal ops team
  • Independently manage OTA sales and distribution strategies for multiple hotels, ensuring optimal visibility and competitiveness across all relevant platforms.
  • Personally analyze market trends, competitor rates, and demand forecasts to adjust pricing and inventory allocation in real-time for each property
  • Directly monitor and optimize property listings, content, and images on all OTA platforms to enhance conversion rates
  • Build and maintain relationships with OTA account managers.
  • Conduct regular audits of OTA extranet content, rate parity, and availability, ensuring accuracy and compliance through hands-on management.
  • Implement and manage rate plans, special offers, and packages tailored to each property’s needs, executing all extranet updates and configurations personally
  • Stay updated on OTA trends, new platforms, and emerging technologies, proactively identifying and implementing improvements independently



What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in revenue management, OTA management, or e-distribution within the hotel industry, preferably with multi-property responsibility.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; proficiency with revenue management systems (RMS), channel managers, and OTA extranets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with hotel brand standards and the importance of brand consistency across digital channels.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with business intelligence/reporting tools.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with leading OTAs (e.g.,MMT, Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda) and meta-search platforms.
  • Certification in revenue management or digital distribution.
  • Prior experience in hotel chain or group-level revenue management.
