OTA Manager

As a Manager OTA Revenue & Distribution at SaffronStays, you will play a crucial role in revenue management across OTA channels. With 3-5 years of experience in OTA management (MMT, Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda, etc.), you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the presence of over 300 properties in the best destinations across India on leading OTAs and distribution platforms. Your primary objective will be to ensure visibility, competitiveness, and seamless booking experiences to drive OTA revenues. Key Responsibilities: - Listing & mapping of all properties across OTAs and other distribution platforms - Ensuring good online visibility and reputation to optimize OTA revenues - Data analysis, planning, and strategizing for maximum occupancy from all OTAs - Maintaining a 100% content score and updating content seasonally - Handling OTA bookings end to end, including escalations and guest review follow-ups - Guiding pricing and discounting based on market and competition analysis - Taking complete responsibility for all properties on OTA channels to generate revenue effectively Key Requirements & Skills: - Strong Analytical Skills - Proficiency in handling extranet for Airbnb, Booking.com, and MMT - Experience in using channel manager (Staah/ Axis rooms or similar) Critical Success Metric: - Achieving the monthly sales targets from OTA channels For more information about SaffronStays and our curated private vacation home experiences, visit our website at www.saffronstays.com.,
