About the Role :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive OTA Manager

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing property listings, responding to guests, tracking analytics, and optimizing occupancy and revenue.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and update property listings, pricing, and availability across all OTA platforms.
• Optimize listings for visibility, conversion, and revenue growth.
• Handle guest communication and coordinate with operations for seamless check-ins.
• Monitor and improve review scores and guest satisfaction.
• Track bookings, cancellations, and revenue performance reports.
• Ensure rate parity and coordination between direct bookings and OTA listings.
• Coordinate with marketing and reservations teams for promotions and offers.

Requirements :

• Minimum

  2–3 years of experience

  in OTA management (hospitality or travel industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of Airbnb, Booking.com, and MakeMyTrip dashboards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Familiarity with

  Channel Managers / PMS tools

  will be a plus.
