Position Overview

We are seeking an OTA Manager (Revenue Management)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize all OTA listings (Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, Airbnb, etc.) to maximize visibility and conversions.
• Implement dynamic pricing strategies to achieve RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy targets.
• Coordinate with the revenue team to develop effective rate plans, promotions, and offers.
• Ensure rate parity across all OTAs, brand website, and offline channels.
• Monitor OTA performance reports, track booking trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Manage online content, images, descriptions, and promotions across platforms to ensure brand consistency.
• Build strong relationships with OTA market managers for negotiations, campaigns, and promotional opportunities.
• Handle channel manager and PMS (Property Management System) integrations and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Monitor competitor pricing, market demand, and seasonal patterns to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue goals with guest experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in OTA management, revenue management, or e-distribution (hospitality sector preferred).
• Strong understanding of OTA platforms, channel managers, and PMS systems.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, reporting, and revenue tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay detail-oriented, and work in a fast-paced environment.
