We work across campus recruiting, international student outreach, and employer-sponsored visa pathways to build high-quality, compliant talent pipelines.

About The Opportunity

Join a high-impact recruitment team that sources, qualifies, and places OPT (Optional Practical Training) candidates and other international students into roles that often transition to sponsored employment. You will drive full-cycle hiring for client openings, partner with universities and DSOs, and ensure candidate experiences and immigration compliance meet employer requirements.Role & Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle hiring for OPT and international-student roles—source, screen, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and close.
  • Build and scale targeted candidate pipelines through campus outreach, student organizations, LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search.
  • Manage OPT-specific documentation and compliance checkpoints; coordinate with hiring managers, DSOs, and immigration teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain and update ATS/CRM records, deliver timely candidate communication, and provide accurate status reporting to stakeholders.
  • Design and run employer-branded virtual events, webinars, and campus campaigns to attract OPT and early-career talent.
  • Use metrics to optimise sourcing strategies—time-to-fill, conversion rates, pipeline velocity—and iterate to improve outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Have: 1–3 years of recruitment experience with demonstrable success sourcing and placing OPT/F-1 candidates or international early-career talent.
  • Must-Have: Strong sourcing skills (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, niche student platforms) and hands-on ATS/CRM usage.
  • Must-Have: Practical knowledge of OPT timelines, STEM extensions, and basic employer compliance requirements for hiring international students.
  • Preferred: Experience running campus programs, university partnerships, or employer branding activities targeted at international students.
  • Preferred: Background working with US/Canada/UK hiring teams and familiarity with visa sponsorship conversion workflows (H-1B, TSS, Skilled Worker).
  • Preferred: Data-oriented mindset—comfortable tracking KPIs, using ATS reports, and presenting pipeline metrics to hiring managers.
