Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end daily operations, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity
• Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments (e.g., Finance, HR, Sales, Logistics) to align operational goals
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership
• Oversee inventory, procurement, vendor management, and office administration (where applicable)
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, internal standards, and risk management protocols
• Hire, train, and manage operations staff; provide coaching and performance feedback

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or business management (experience in Singapore preferred)
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; data-driven decision-making mindset
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems or operational software is an advantage
• Must be legally authorized to work in Singapore (Singaporean / PR / valid work visa)
