Operations Manager

As operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing logistics and operations for our Central & Eastern Europe + Eurasia Geo. This is a unique opportunity of managing international warehouses & logistics operations from India.

KPIs

Your performance would be measured on key parameters such as customer satisfaction, turnaround time, MIS reporting and last mile logistics costs.

Role & responsibilities

• Managing last mile deliveries of all cities in the Central & Eastern Europe & Eurasian Union.

• Setting up new fulfilment centres basis requirement.

• Enhancing the customer experience.

• Liaising with multiple teams, such as Finance & Customer Service for smooth operations

• Working as a part of project teams to plan and implement new initiatives at Delivery Centres.

• Responsible for creating and executing a world-class delivery experience.

• Be the champion for customer focus for our teams across the organization.

Preferred candidate profile

• Engineering from Premium institutes like - IITs NITs

• Previous 1-2 years relevant experience in Logistics operations in an ecommerce or D2C company.

• Excellent collaboration skills so as to be able to work with geographically dispersed teams / associates

• Excellent management and reporting skills.Problem Solving and ability to manage chaos.

• Prior exposure to Import / Export preferred.
