Role Overview We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Operations Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of EV charging station operations across our growing network. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle — from installation and commissioning to maintenance, vendor coordination, and customer experience — ensuring stations run smoothly, efficiently, and profitably. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Site Operations: Oversee daily operations of EV charging stations — installation, uptime monitoring, repairs, and maintenance. Vendor Management: Identify, onboard, and manage contractors, OEMs, and third-party service providers. Process Optimization: Design SOPs for operations, logistics, and service delivery to drive efficiency and reduce downtime. Performance Monitoring: Use real-time data to track performance KPIs (uptime, energy dispensed, usage rates) and respond to anomalies proactively. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all installations meet safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Customer Support: Collaborate with customer service to resolve operational escalations and ensure a seamless user experience. Budgeting & Cost Control: Monitor operational budgets, control costs, and find opportunities for leaner operations. Reporting: Regular reporting to senior leadership on site performance, team productivity, and project status. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field. 5+ years of experience in operations, preferably in EV infrastructure, energy, or utilities. Strong project management skills with experience leading field teams and vendors. Working knowledge of EV charging hardware, software platforms, and site commissioning. Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
