Site Supervisor Civil (EV Charging)

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee civil works related to EV charging infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and proven experience managing site activities for EV charging installations.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate all on-site civil works for EV charging station installations.Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.Monitor daily progress and maintain site documentation including work logs, material usage, and inspection reports.Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to design and regulatory standards.Resolve on-site issues and escalate critical matters to the project manager.Ensure proper implementation of trenching, cable laying, foundation works, and other civil components of EV charging infrastructure.RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Minimum 4–5 years of experience in civil site supervision, with at least 2 years in EV charging infrastructure projects.Strong understanding of civil works related to electrical installations, including trenching, ducting, and foundation works.Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site plans.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Willingness to travel to project sites as required.Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Charge Point Operators or EV infrastructure companies.Knowledge of electrical systems and coordination with electrical teams.
