Role Overview As a City Network Development Specialist, you will be instrumental in identifying, assessing, and acquiring high-potential locations for EV charging stations. You will lead feasibility assessments, engage with key stakeholders, and ensure the successful onboarding of sites. This role bridges real estate partnerships and internal project execution, driving strategic growth and revenue generation within your assigned city or region. Key Responsibilities 1. Conduct site visits to assess feasibility and provide actionable insights to the business team. 2. Identify and onboard strategic real estate options, including residential societies, commercial complexes, hotels, and restaurants. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, property owners on highways, and Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs). 4. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate and execute commercial agreements. 5. Continuously evaluate market potential to identify new opportunities for network expansion. 6. Drive monthly revenue growth through effective site management and client engagement. 7. Manage key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 8. Take full ownership of assigned sites, ensuring seamless execution and operational success. Desired Skills & Experience 1.
