Role Overview

Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site civil works for EV charging station installations.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor daily progress and maintain site documentation including work logs, material usage, and inspection reports.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to design and regulatory standards.
• Resolve on-site issues and escalate critical matters to the project manager.
• Ensure proper implementation of trenching, cable laying, foundation works, and other civil components of EV charging infrastructure.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in civil site supervision, with at least 2 years in EV charging infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of civil works related to electrical installations, including trenching, ducting, and foundation works.
• Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site plans.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Charge Point Operators or EV infrastructure companies.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and coordination with electrical teams.
