Operations Lead

As an experienced Operations Manager at DataCouch, your role will involve overseeing and streamlining day-to-day operations to ensure optimal performance and execution. You will be responsible for: - Managing operational activities to ensure coordination and efficiency - Serving as the primary point of contact for clients to maintain high levels of satisfaction - Managing and optimizing CRM systems and client portals - Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of operational staff - Communicating effectively with internal teams, clients, and senior management - Identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing process improvements - Tracking key operational performance metrics and suggesting improvements - Proactively resolving operational challenges to minimize disruptions - Collaborating with other departments to align operational strategies with business goals - Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards You should have: - Minimum 7-8 years of experience in operations management - Hands-on experience with CRM systems and managing client relationships - Strong communication skills for client interactions and team management - Leadership experience in setting operational goals and driving team success - Client-focused approach with excellent client management skills - Analytical and problem-solving skills to implement improvements effectively - Comfort with technology and software tools to enhance operational efficiency - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA is a plus) In addition to the challenging role, DataCouch offers health insurance, paid sick time, and paid time off as benefits for this full-time position with a day shift schedule.
