Job Title: Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, optimize processes, and drive organizational efficiency. The successful candidate will manage operational teams, implement process improvements, and ensure achievement of operational KPIs while maintaining quality standards and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Planning and Strategy: Develop and execute operational plans aligned with organizational strategic objectives

- Budget Management and Resource Allocation: Manage operational budgets and allocate resources efficiently across departments

- Team Management and Supervision: Lead and supervise operations teams, providing coaching and performance management

- Process Improvement and Efficiency Optimization: Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs

- Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality service delivery

- Quality Control and Compliance Management: Monitor operational KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for leadership

- Risk Assessment and Problem-Solving: Identify and mitigate operational risks that could impact business continuity

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field

- 3-5 years of operations management experience in relevant industry

- Proven track record of process improvement and efficiency optimization

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in managing large teams and driving operational excellence

- Proven experience in process automation and digital transformation initiatives

- Experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts

- Experience in quality control and compliance management

- Experience in budgeting and financial planning

Preferred Skills:

- MBA in Operations Management or related field

- Professional certifications (PMP, Six Sigma, Lean Management)

- Industry-specific regulatory knowledge

- Experience with digital transformation initiatives

- Advanced analytics and reporting capabilities

Salary Range:

₹25,000 - ₹45,000 per month (depending on experience and industry)
