Job Description

As a Recovery Agent, your primary responsibility will involve making outbound calls to recover overdue loan accounts. You will be required to engage in follow-up communication and ensure accurate updates in the CRM system. Your approach towards customers should be empathetic and professional at all times. This role is target-driven, with opportunities to earn performance-based incentives. The ideal candidate should have a minimum qualification of 12th Pass or Graduate and possess at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Freshers are also encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency are essential for this position. While a DRA Certification from IIBF is preferred, it is not mandatory. If you do not currently hold a DRA Certificate, there is no need to worry. Eligible candidates will receive guidance to complete their IIBF-certified DRA training through Global BIFS Academy as part of the onboarding process.,
