Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Faculty Lecturer at GLOBAL BIFS ACADEMY, located in Nagpur. The Faculty Lecturer will be responsible for delivering lectures, developing course materials, and evaluating student performance. Additional responsibilities include mentoring students, participating in faculty meetings, and staying updated on industry trends to ensure the curriculum remains relevant.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Retail Banking and Retail Credit Management
• Strong teaching abilities and experience in lecturing or training
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement engaging curriculum materials
• Strong mentoring and advisory skills
• Master's degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in academic research is a plus
