Role & responsibilities HR: Strategic workforce planning: ensure the company's workforce has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future Develop Human Resource plans and strategies aligned to the organizations strategic direction and business strategy. Provide tools and tactics to enhance execution of these strategies Assess the long-term impact of short-term decisions on people. To partner with Talent Acquisition to review sourcing methodologies for attracting the required skills into the business. IR: Maintain Grievance free working culture within the plant To maintain & to create positive atmosphere, cordial relations with all workmen by regular formal and informal interaction with workmen on the shop floor. Day to day counselling & grievance of Worker- Wages, attendance, food, drinking water, internal/external transportation, departmental problem Taking disciplinary actions as and when required Contract Labor management and Compliance ADMINISTRATION: Frame policies and procedures with consultation of concerns for proper discipline and smooth functioning.
