Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Cochin office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with Gulf-based employers, and expanding our client network across the Middle East and beyond. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in Gulf and international markets . Generate leads through LinkedIn, networking, cold calls, and email campaigns . Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure continuous business flow. Coordinate with internal recruitment and documentation teams for project execution. Attend meetings, client calls, and industry events to represent the company professionally. Prepare business proposals, quotations, and agreements. Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing / HR or equivalent. 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in recruitment, HR consulting, or international placement . Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of GCC recruitment processes is an added advantage. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
