Roles and Responsibilities Intern Recruiter

1. Candidate Sourcing:

• Search and identify suitable candidates through job portals like -social media, and referrals.
  

2. Screening & Shortlisting:

• Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ communication skills, experience, and job fit.
  

3. Interview Coordination:

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or clients.
  
• Follow up with candidates to ensure attendance and timely feedback.
  

4. Database Management:

• Maintain candidate records and update the recruitment tracker or Excel sheet daily.
  

5. Communication:

• Draft and send professional emails or WhatsApp messages to candidates regarding job openings, interview schedules, and updates.
  

6. Support to Senior Recruiters:

• Assist senior recruiters in closing active positions and achieving hiring targets.
  
• Learn and implement end-to-end recruitment processes under supervision.
  

7. Reporting:

• Submit daily reports on candidate calls, responses, and interview outcomes to the reporting manager.
  

8. Learning & Development:

• Gain exposure to different recruitment domains (BPO, Sales, Technical, Non-Technical).
  
• Participate in training sessions to enhance sourcing and communication skills.
