Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Admission Counselling:

  • Guide prospective students and parents about courses, eligibility, fee structure, and benefits.

  • Counsel students to help them make informed decisions about enrolment.

  • Follow up with leads (walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries) to close admissions.

Lead Generation:

    • Reach out to potential customers via outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth:

    • Pitch products/services to prospective customers.
    • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets - Consistently meet the minimum expectation of

      4 successful sales closures per month

      through effective lead follow-ups and conversions.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience:

    • 0-1 years in sales/business development/inside sales/outbound calling roles.
    • Experience in

      B2C/B2B outbound sales

      preferred.
  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (English language).
    • Average English will also be preffered if experirnced
    • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling ability.
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Education:

    • Graduate only

Salary & Incentives:

  • Fresher (03 months experience):

    15,000 per month (fixed)
  • 3+ months experience:

    16,000 per month (fixed)
  • 6+ months experience:

    17,000 per month (fixed)
  • 1+ year experience:

    18,000 per month (fixed)

Incentives:

  • Incentives of

    up to 5,000 per month

    based on performance.
  • Achieving the minimum monthly target of

    4 successful sales closures

    makes you eligible for the full incentive amount.
  • If you exceed 4 closures in a month, you can earn even higher incentives as per the companys incentive slabs.

Training & Probation Details:

  • Training Duration:

    • Up to

      20 days On-Job Training (OJT)

      will be provided to help you understand the process, product, and sales techniques.
  • OJT Sales Requirement:

    • During training, you are required to close a minimum of

      2 unit sales

      .
    • Once you achieve these 2 sales, your

      salary will start immediately

      (from the date of training completion).
  • Probation Period:

    • The probation period is

      3 months

      , giving you time to settle into the role and prove performance.
    • There will be no salary deductions during the probation period

      your fixed salary and incentives will be paid in full.

Interview Rounds:

3 rounds of interviews:

  1. HR Round

    Initial screening to check communication skills, background, and role understanding.
  2. Operations Round

    Assessment of sales skills, objection handling, and process knowledge.
  3. Client Round

    Final round with the client to evaluate overall suitability and finalize the selection.
