Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Approach students and encourage them to attend Frankfinn Seminars.
Generate and qualify leads through telephonic interaction.
Provide information about courses and programs in a clear and engaging manner.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with potential students.
Follow up with interested candidates to ensure maximum seminar attendance.
Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 6 months of experience in lead generation/telecalling/counselling.
Good communication and persuasion skills.
Passion for interacting with people and guiding them.
Ability to work towards targets and deadlines.
Basic computer knowledge.
