Job Description

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle
inbound and outbound calls
from US-based customers regarding
printer-related issues
.

Understand customer needs and provide
relevant technical solutions
.

Convert support calls into
sales by pitching subscription plans
and service packages.

Work on
printer support campaigns
(drivers, installation, connectivity, offline errors, etc.).

Meet and exceed
sales targets, upselling, and cross-selling goals
.

Maintain high levels of
customer satisfaction
while ensuring revenue generation.

Keep accurate records of
customer interactions and sales activities
.

Collaborate with the team to achieve process-level KPIs in a
night shift, US process environment
.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

Minimum 6 MONTHS of experience in technical support sales (Printer calls preferred).

Candidates with experience in
Antivirus, Router, or PPC Technical Support Sales
are also welcome.

For non-printer process applicants: A
minimum of 1 year of overall technical sales experience
required.

Must have
excellent communication skills
(English verbal & written).

Strong ability in
sales closing, upselling, and objection handling
.

Comfortable working in
night shifts (US process)
and with
rotational shifts
.

Salary
up to 50,000/month + high incentives
based on performance.

Candidates from
International Voice Process / Technical Sales / BPO Sales
background will be given preference.

Relocation-friendly candidates
are also encouraged to apply.

Candidates must be open to working in night shifts (US process) and should be comfortable relocating if applying from outside the location.
