Job Description

Order & Sales Administration
Handle purchase orders, sales orders, and order entry in the system.
Coordinate with suppliers and customers regarding delivery schedules, pricing, and product availability.
Prepare quotations, invoices, packing lists, and related commercial documents Logistics & Coordination
Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, transporters, and warehouses.
Check shipping documents such as BL, COO, invoice, and packing list.
Track shipment status and communicate updates to customers.
Inventory & Data Management
Monitor stock levels and update inventory records.
Maintain accurate data in ERP / Excel files.
Assist with demand forecasting and stock planning.
Documentation & Compliance
Ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
Manage documentation for customs clearance.
Maintain proper filing of commercial and logistic documents.
Internal & External Communication
Liaise with the sales team, suppliers, customers, and logistics partners.
Prepare regular reports for management (sales reports, stock reports, shipment reports).
General Administrative Work
Support the trading / sales team in day-to-day administration.
Handle basic office tasks such as scheduling, preparing meeting materials, etc.
