The incumbent will lead institutional and B2B project sales across a defined territory, with a core focus on building deep relationships with builders, promoters, and architects. The role involves sales planning, brand approvals in private projects, and managing a project-focused sales team to achieve business targets. Key Responsibilities Enforce the 5 Ka Dum daily structure across the teamensuring visits to at least 2 builders/promoters, 1 architect, 1 contractor, and 1 interior designer: review activity discipline through the OBL app Drive collection efficiency and evaluate credit risk on project accounts, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding payments Identify and develop high-value private project opportunities; ensure brand specification and product approvals at design stage Build deep, trust-based relationships with builders, architects, and promoters to drive influence and repeat business Coach and monitor the project sales team to improve specification conversion, funnel velocity, and sales productivity Provide timely feedback on pricing, competitor activity, and influencer preferences to optimize market Strategy Required Skills / Abilities 1. Sales Planning & Forecasting Strong capability in developing project-focused sales plans based on construction pipeline, influence cycles,and stakeholder engagement. Ability to forecast project stages and align internal actions accordingly. 2. B2B/Project Sales Management Deep expertise in institutional/B2B selling to private builders and promoters. Negotiation Skills Skilled in handling multi-stakeholder negotiations with builders and design influencers, including margin management, pricing strategies, objection handling and value selling. 4. Developing People Experienced in building and guiding a high-output project sales team with a focus on field coaching, structured reviews, and professional development. 5. Entrepreneurial Mindset Demonstrates strong ownership and initiative to build project pipelines, unlock new accounts, and convert early-stage specifications into final sales. Collaborates and coordinates effectively with multiple stakeholdersincluding internal teams, influencers, and channel partners—and fosters teamwork to drive shared outcomes.
