Your main focus will be on talent sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, database management, onboarding support, and employer branding. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in identifying and attracting potential candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, and networking events. - Create and post job advertisements to attract qualified candidates. - Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. - Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications. - Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain accurate records of candidate information in the applicant tracking system. - Assist in preparing onboarding materials and coordinating new hire orientation sessions. - Participate in initiatives to promote the company's employer brand and attract top talent. Qualifications: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Familiarity with social media platforms and online recruitment tools is a plus.
