Recruiter Intern

As a Recruitment Intern, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and onboarding top talent for IAMOPS. Youll work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand requirements and improve hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screening
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate pipeline and track progress
• Post jobs across different job boards and social platforms
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns
• Support onboarding and other HR coordination tasks
• Contribute ideas to improve the hiring experience
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or pursuing graduation (Any field)
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Good understanding of social media and job portals
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Eager to learn about talent acquisition and HR processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
