Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate in any discipline

0 - 1 years of NON it recruitment & Bulk Hiring

Less than 25 years and 9 months of age

Job Location: Across TN

Responsible for End to End recruitment.

Fluent in English & Tamil Language

Identifying candidates via Job Boards, Social Networking Sites, Referrals, Head Hunting, Market Mapping and through your own professional networks

Sourcing and Screening candidates, conducting interviews to identify best candidates to fit client need.

Provide feedback to both candidates and clients regarding interviews, and facilitate communication during offer stage

Negotiate with candidates in order to identify a compensation level that is fair and competitive to both parties

Coordinating with back end team to on boarding and training of selected candidates.
