Recruiter Intern

As a Recruiter Intern at our company based in Gurugram, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR & Talent Acquisition team. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases - Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements - Conducting initial telephonic interviews to assess candidates - Coordinating interviews and liaising with hiring managers - Maintaining and updating recruitment trackers and candidate databases - Supporting day-to-day recruitment and onboarding activities - Handling follow-ups with candidates for documentation, interview updates, and joining formalities - Participating in employer branding and recruitment drives as needed To excel in this role, you should possess: - Pursuing or completed graduation/Post-graduation - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) - Interest in HR, Talent Acquisition, and Recruitment processes - Good coordination and multitasking abilities In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will have the opportunity to receive a stipend as per company norms and enjoy benefits such as: - Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment - Working with a dynamic and growing team - Certificate of completion upon finishing the internship If you are interested in this exciting opportunity, please send your updated resume to info@ekaivaa.in with the subject line: Application for Recruiter Internship Gurugram.,
