Job Description We’re looking for a strategic and proactive HR Business Partner to join our team in Gurugram. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior HR professional to work closely with leadership and play a key role in aligning business objectives with people strategies. 📌 Location: Gurugram 💼 Experience: 10+ years Key Responsibilities: Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, supporting organizational effectiveness and workforce planning. Drive initiatives across performance management, employee engagement, talent development, and succession planning. Collaborate with business units to understand challenges and provide HR solutions that support growth and productivity. Lead conflict resolution and employee relations efforts, ensuring fair, transparent, and compliant practices. Draft, implement, and regularly update HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and organizational values. Provide guidance on organizational design and change management. Work closely with the COE teams (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation, etc.) to ensure seamless HR delivery. Ensure adherence to labor laws, compliance requirements, and internal HR policies Skills And Attributes for Success: Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including significant time in a Business Partner or generalist role Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, HR policies, and strategy alignment Experience handling employee grievances, conflict resolution, and policy development Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred Show more Show less
