Job Description

Key Responsibilities Preparation of complex account reconciliations. Maintenance of QuickBooks Online and Bill.com certifications. Proficient with basic accounting processes and procedures performed by HBK. Preparation of monthly close procedures over financial statement accounts. Detailed review of monthly close procedures. Assistance with ad hoc or additional projects on an as needed basis. Oversight and training of multiple team members. Assistance with complex, unusual or significant client projects. Conduit for communication between domestic manager team and HBK India team. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS Strong attention to detail. Ability to effectively communication with domestic and international team members. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Ability to identify and properly communicate issues and complexities to appropriate team members. Strong desire to learn, grow and advance in career goals. Ability to perform tasks within identified time budget, and proper communication of budget overages to appropriate team members. Firm understanding of advanced accounting concepts. Proficient with QuickBooks Online and Desktop. Proficient with Bill.com Proficient with Microsoft Office products. Ability to oversee and train multiple team members. Demonstrates ownership of tasks, projects and clients. Training and oversight of new hires Ability to identify deficiencies or areas of improvement in standard and specific client processes.
