Key Responsibilities
1. Operations & Office Administration Support
Handle data, documentation, record keeping, book keeping, client onboarding, file/proposal processing, issuance, coordination and compliance support.
Coordinate between internal teams and external partners (banks, insurers, IMD’s, AMCs, brokers, Channel Partners, Clients etc.).
Manage CRM and client data accuracy for all business verticals.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and daily operational summaries for management.
2. Financial & Insurance Back Office
Support life, health, and general insurance processing (Quote, Underwriting, Proposal, Issuance, Renewals, and Claims Support).
Assist in mutual fund, investment, and financial transaction documentation, KYC, Scrutiny and reconciliations.
Coordinate with product partners / IMD’s / Insurers RM’s for payouts, commission tracking, training, endorsement, objections, material information and query resolution.
3. Client Support Back office
Respond to client queries professionally and maintain service quality standards.
Schedule reviews, follow-ups, and reminders for renewals and portfolio updates.
Client experience, process assessment, & feedback record and review.
4. Training & Advisory Support
Manage logistics, bookings, digital arrangements, supply, data, purchase, procurement, office & system maintenance, project details and reporting for training sessions and consultancy assignments.
Assist in preparing PPT-presentations, documents & reports, and training material.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of insurance, mutual funds, investment products, financial products & awareness of financial industries.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, Google Business, Excel reporting, Zoho Tool, Business Social Media, Professional Email Drafting, Offline/digital Document Scrutiny, Using Scanners, Printers, Computers, DSLR Cameras, Video’s & Image’s editing tools, CANVA, Adobe, IL, AI, Chat GPT Tools Use etc.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, language fluency and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with integrity and accountability.
Ability to work independently in a small team environment.
Excellent in Anger control, Voice modulation, client aggression handling, emotional balance attitude in working environment.
Qualification & Experience
Graduate or Postgraduate in Commerce, Economics, Law, Finance, Human Resource, Honor’s, Business Administration, or equivalent certifications.
0-2 years of experience in BFSI, BPO, Call Center, Training Academy, Insurance, Investment, Brokers, Banks, Non-Banking Financial Companies, Automobile Dealers back-office operations.
Certification courses has (IRDA, NISM, AMFI, III-PUNE, GKS, SEBI, ISO, TUV, AISA, ARAI, CSRI, NATRIP or equivalent) higher edge preference.

Offered up to INR. 2,50,000/- Lakh/year CTC + Performance Incentive + KPI base Bonus + Skill & Learning Allowances.
