Position Overview
National Head – HORECA
Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
- Develop and execute the HORECA sales strategy to drive revenue and market expansion.
- Identify and tap into new segments, including café chains, hospitals, universities, tea stalls, and institutional buyers.
- Align sales objectives with company-wide business goals and collaborate with senior leadership.
2️⃣ Key Account Management & Partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality, food, and beverage industries.
- Drive sales and secure long-term contracts with major HORECA clients.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations to ensure profitable, strategic partnerships.
3️⃣ Sales Management & Market Expansion
- Set ambitious sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.
- Develop innovative sales and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
- Expand into new regions and business verticals, working closely with the marketing team.
4️⃣ Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team across multiple locations.
- Set clear performance benchmarks and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Drive sales training programs to enhance team capabilities and industry knowledge.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).Experience:
8-10 years in sales, with a strong background in HORECA, General Trade (GT), or Modern Trade (MT).Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of hospitality, food & beverage, and institutional sales.
