Executive-Logistic & Supply Chain Management: Experience: - 8 years to 12 years incumbent of FMCG, Food Processing, Location: - Bhiwandi Mumbai · Identifying / Evaluating opportunities for services / solutions that help improve the Safety, Speed, Cost, Reliability and Consistency of the warehouse in the supply chain. · Forecasting and Demand Planning · Experience in online sorting , loading & process optimization. · Distinction of developing Annual Plans & Budgeting for Supply Chain & Logistics Operations; ensuring effective distribution of products to right market & at lowest cost · Managing logistic activities required for the timely and efficient transportation and warehousing of incoming and outgoing materials and distribution of products. · Having knowledge of Warehousing layouts /Setups/ Experience of any Start Ups · Expertise in handling In-house logistics Management. · Complete Understanding of end-to-end supply chain and complex modelling of workflows for Category Core Functional Competencies. · Demonstrated abilities in dealing with Senior Most Professionals of the Logistics Sector. · Ensuring FSSAI (Food Safety) compliances/ FGS, Dispatch & Van Management. · Self-Motivated and strong leader with ability to lead from the front and deliver results with Excellent People Management Skills. · Van Management ( Maintenance & cost optimisation ) · Cold chain management · Route planning & optimisation. Fitter: Assembling and Installing: Constructing and installing mechanical components and systems from raw materials or fabricated parts. Repairing and Maintaining: Diagnosing malfunctions, identifying needed repairs, and performing maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment. Metal Fabrication: Cutting, shaping, and fitting metal components using hand and power tools. Interpreting Drawings: Reading and understanding blueprints, schematics, and other technical documentation. Quality Control: Inspecting components and finished products for accuracy and quality. Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety regulations and procedures, especially when using heavy machinery and tools. Collaboration: Working with engineers, technicians, and other team members to achieve common goals. Required Skills: Technical Knowledge: Understanding of mechanical principles, materials, and tools. Precision: Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and fabrication. Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues. Communication: Effectively communicating with colleagues and supervisors. Tool Proficiency: Skill in using various hand and power tools, including welding, grinding, and measuring tools. Safety Awareness: Understanding and adhering to safety regulations and procedures. Brand Manager: Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers' expectations and to build the credibility of brands. analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and creating Architect: Design and Planning: Developing architectural designs for new construction, alterations, and redevelopments. Client Communication: Consulting with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and presenting design proposals. Project Management: Managing projects from pre-design through completion, including managing budgets, timelines, and construction teams. Technical Expertise: Utilizing architectural software, drafting architectural plans, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. Site Visits: Regularly inspecting construction sites to ensure work is progressing according to plans and specifications. Collaboration: Working closely with other construction professionals such as engineers, contractors, and project managers. Indian Chef: Food Preparation: Preparing and cooking various Indian dishes, including regional specialties. Ensuring consistent quality and taste in all dishes. Utilizing traditional Indian cooking techniques and ingredients. Creating new recipes and menu items. Quality and Presentation: Maintaining high standards for food quality, taste, and presentation. Ensuring proper plating and presentation of dishes. Checking for freshness and discarding out-of-date items. Kitchen Operations: Managing kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating. Supervising and training kitchen staff, including cooks and kitchen helpers. Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for supplies. Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Menu Planning: Participating in menu planning and development. Developing new recipes and dishes.
