Navigating Challenges: They provide support for students facing academic difficulties, offering strategies for improvement and connecting them with tutoring or other academic resources. 2. Personal and Emotional Support: Mental Health and Well-being: Counselors help students develop coping mechanisms for stress, anxiety, and other challenges, promoting their overall well-being. Crisis Intervention: In times of crisis, they provide immediate support, create safety plans, and connect students with appropriate resources. Personal Development: Counselors encourage students to develop positive self-esteem, build healthy relationships, and make responsible decisions. 3.
