Job Summary

Business Development Executive / Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound calls/emails
  • Counsel students and parents regarding suitable courses and programs
  • Convert qualified leads into successful admissions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Understand student needs and recommend appropriate learning programs
  • Guide students through the application and enrolment process
  • Assist students in documentation and admission formalities
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission processes
  • Build long-term relationships with students and parents

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong sales orientation with experience in target-driven environments
  • Proven ability to convert leads into sales
  • Excellent communication skills in

    English and Hindi

    (mandatory)
  • Strong listening, counselling, and presentation skills
  • Ability to empathize with students and parents
  • Experience working with CRM tools
  • Prior experience in

    Inside Sales / Education Counselling / EdTech / Retail Sales

    preferred

Preferred Experience

  • 1–5 years in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Education Counselling
  • Experience in EdTech or higher education sales is an advantage
