Roles and Responsibilities Manage a pipeline of leads generated through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising. Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers to identify their needs and pitch our educational products/services. Build strong relationships with existing clients by providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely resolution of issues. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to stay up-to-date on new offerings and promotions. Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth. Candidate must have experience in edtech sales or fresher with excellent english communication skills.
