Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a pipeline of leads generated through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers to identify their needs and pitch our educational products/services.
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients by providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to stay up-to-date on new offerings and promotions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
  • Candidate must have experience in edtech sales or fresher with excellent english communication skills.
