The candidate shall have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales & business development. Responsibilities Develop cross-sell & upsell opportunities with existing customers. Develop new business opportunities with Food & Water Manufacturing Units, Water Bottling plants, Industrial Manufacturing Units, Process Industries, Restaurants, Hotels, Public Canteens, etc. Increase sales in the two main verticals of the organization Water Testing ( Drinking water potability, Waster Water, Industrial Water Analysis as per various regulations in India) Food Testing (Compliance testing as per FSSAI etc regulations in India) Update Job knowledge by participating in Educational Opportunities, training, reading professional publications, and maintaining connections in professional networks. Qualification Graduate in Science or Food Technology, or MBA 1-3 years of experience in reputed organizations Should be goal driven & self-motivated. Strong IT skills (Should have experience with digital marketing, email marketing, etc) Fluency in English, Marathi, and Hindi Speaking and Writing

The candidate shall have a minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales & business development. Responsibilities Manage and nurture existing business relationships with Key Accounts in Pune Region. Develop cross-sell & upsell opportunities in the existing Key accounts Develop new business with OEM, and Tier 1 manufacturers & Tier 2 M across India in Automotive, Lubricants, Mining, Construction Machinery, Electronics & Allied Industries. Increase sales in the two main verticals for the organization Condition Monitoring (Analysis of Lubricants, Fuels, Coolants & AdBlue etc) Compliance Testing& Certification (RoHS, REACH, ELV, Toys, California prop 65 & Other product certification-related compliances) Update Job knowledge by participating in Educational Opportunities, training, reading professional publications, and maintaining connections in professional networks. Responsibilities: Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails Understanding customer needs and requirements Routing opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure Understand customer needs and requirements Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory Send Quotation to Customers and the successive follow-up of it Follow up with Customer to get the sample in the assigned time frame Maintain records of Sales on SharePoint Maintains working relationships with clients to target new business. Coordinating with customer support team for customer requirement information.
