Job Overview

The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day sales & business development activity in various domains & industries in Pune Region. The candidate shall have a minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales & business development.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture existing business relationships with Key Accounts in Pune Region.
  • Develop cross-sell & upsell opportunities in the existing Key accounts
  • Develop new business with OEM, and Tier 1 manufacturers & Tier 2 M across India in Automotive, Lubricants, Mining, Construction Machinery, Electronics & Allied Industries.
  • Increase sales in the two main verticals for the organization
  • Condition Monitoring (Analysis of Lubricants, Fuels, Coolants & AdBlue etc)
  • Compliance Testing& Certification (RoHS, REACH, ELV, Toys, California prop 65 & Other

product certification-related compliances)

  • Update Job knowledge by participating in Educational Opportunities, training, reading

professional publications, and maintaining connections in professional networks.

Qualification

  • BE or MBA with Science graduation.
  • Should be goal driven & self-motivated.
  • Strong IT skills (Should have experience with digital marketing, email marketing, etc)
  • Fluency in English, Marathi, and Hindi Speaking and Writing
