Role - Sr HR and Reporting Analyst Experience Required - 6+ years Roles and Responsibilities Architect advanced Workday reports and dashboards for real-time insights. Automate data workflows, reports and dashboards to enhance self-service. Translate stakeholder needs into actionable, data-driven HR solutions that address root cause challenges and prevent repeated requests for the same data, report, or analysis. Proactively identify data anomalies; implement robust data quality controls. Lead compliance reporting; ensure data security across HR systems. Collaborate with HRIS and IT to resolve complex reporting challenges. Innovate reporting methodologies; drive continuous improvement in HR analytics.
